Registrar announcments
- All Students: AOA Day 2009 is scheduled for Friday, August 7th.
The Office of The Registrar will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day. We will reopen on Monday, July 6th at 7:30am.
Incoming MED1 students: The online registration period opens on July 14th a 8:30am and will close at 4:00pm on August 6th. You should receive an email within the next few weeks, outlining the registration process.
MED2: On-line registration for Fall 2009 two-week selective courses will open at 12 noon on Wednesday, July 29th, during OCY. More information will be sent via email in July.
MED4: The on-line drop/add period for Fall 2009, all sections will open at 8:30am on Tuesday, August 4th and close at 4:00pm on Thursday, August 6th. More information will be sent as the date approaches.

The Office of the SOM Registrar manages and maintains the academic records of all active and former Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor and Master of Health Sciences, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Allied Health Certificate Program students.The Registrar is responsible for the registration of all students, management of all student records, verification and processing of attendance, satisfactory progress, transcript requests and degree candidate information.
