The Office of the Registrar manages and maintains all academic records of all active and former Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor and Master of Health Sciences, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Allied Health Certificate Program students. The office is responsible for the registration of all students, management of all student records, verification and processing of attendance, satisfactory progress, transcript requests and degree candidate information.

Constitution Day

In 2004 Congress drafted a bill, which President George W. Bush signed on December 8th, 2004 (public law 108-447), designating every September 17th as Constitution Day. Help celebrate and learn about this amazing document by following the link above.

2nd Year Online Registration for Fall 2008 Selectives will be July 29th-July 31st. More information will be sent via e-mail soon.

MED4 Fall Drop/Add All Sections will begin on August 5th at 8:30a.m. and end on August 7th at 4:00p.m. Once this online window closes any future Drop/Adds will need to be done using the Drop/Add form found under the Forms Section of the Registrar's Website or outside the Registrar's Office.
